A rigorous interview process will be undertaken including establishment of the following:
- Applicants previous and current work history
- Industry knowledge
- Experience in “securing” similar sites
- Proximity to the site
- Preparedness to provide services in accordance with Messana Groups policies and procedures
An important component of the process is checking personal and professional references, prior to any Government checks (Police and immigration) being undertaken.
